User Responsibilities

A user is solely responsible for all actions taken through their account and for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords or account information. Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Riwaazz, its owners, agents, employees, and consultants from any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from the user’s activities on the site, violations of this agreement, or infringements of any third-party rights.

Users must immediately notify Riwaazz of any unauthorized account access or security breaches.

Uploading Images, Videos, or Content

Users must ensure that any images, videos, or other content uploaded to the website are properly licensed for use at no cost to Riwaazz.

Riwaazz reserves the right to remove any content that is subject to a licensing dispute until the issue is resolved to Riwaazz’s satisfaction.

For intellectual property content, such as photos and videos (“IP content”), users grant Riwaazz a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote the content. This license ends when users delete their content unless it has already been shared with others who have not deleted it.

Deleted content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period but will not be accessible to others.

Limitation of Liability

Riwaazz, its owners, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business, profits, or legal disputes) arising from the use of the site, information, or links available on the site.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, Riwaazz’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. If Riwaazz is found liable for any damages, liability will be limited to the amount paid to Riwaazz concerning the event leading to such liability.

Rights to Terminate Use

Riwaazz reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account if, at its sole discretion, it determines that the user has breached this agreement.

Riwaazz may, without prior notice, restrict access to the site or remove content if deemed necessary. This action may be taken without any liability to the user.

Trademarks & Intellectual Property

All names, logos, and branding displayed on the website are the exclusive property of Riwaazz. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of these trademarks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Ownership of Site & Copyrights

Riwaazz owns all rights to the website and its content. No part of the site may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent from Riwaazz, except for content uploaded by the user, which remains under their ownership.
